Forest Grill FINALLY Opening!
Like many new restaurants, Birmingham's Forest Grill has experienced a delay in its planned June opening. But the creation of award-winning chef and charcuterie expert, Brian Polcyn, will finally open in the triangle district with a benefit for The Community House this Friday August 8. The evening begins at 6 p.m. and is open to the public. Proceeds will benefit the outreach programs of The Community House.
Get the first peak at the much-anticipated Forest Grill while enjoying cocktails, food stations and live jazz. Reservations are $100 per person and can be made by contacting The Community House, 248/644-5832.
Forest Grill’s menu showcases charcuterie, a raw bar, clay oven baked pizzas, and traditional bistro dishes inspired by French, Italian and contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on simplicity and flavor. Chef Polcyn’s vision for the Forest Grill is simple, an American bistro that uses quality local ingredients and is rooted in traditional cooking techniques.
Get out this Friday night and have some fun while supporting your community!
